When I first reached out to Callan I had the goal to become stronger and improve my lifts, with the end goal if trying a powerlifting meet. Looking through powerlifters in Perth it just seemed to be the best fit!⠀

Having some trouble with my knee prior to training with Callan made it hard to improve my strength. Once I started training with Callan he improved my technique and would analyse every single video of me with feedback and new cues to get them moving better!⠀

I’ve been stuck on 35 kg for my bench forever and just couldn’t get any higher before training with Callan now we are at 47.5 which is not far off from benching my own body weight
Same for deadlifts I plateaued are around 80kg and I’m now up to 105kg⠀

He also helped me being overall more confident lifting and believing in me hitting higher numbers!
If you’re thinking about training with Callan just give it a shot! You’ve got nothing to lose and he really knows what he’s talking about! When ever I needed help he knew the answer and we improved ☺️
